Terms & Conditions
- Only entrants from a luxury hotel or establishment may enter.
- Images and information that you send us will be used by us for any
purpose, will not be subject to confidential treatment and may be
disclosed by us without further consent from you.
- World Luxury Hotel Awards retain the right to disqualify entries.
Voting Process
The World Luxury Hotel Awards utilise a panel of 50 leading tour operators
and travel industry consultants. They receive constant feedback from guests
that have stayed at the hotels at any given time. Voting is cast by these
travel industry role players once a year when our voting poll officially
opens. The Awards judging criteria is based upon facilities and service
excellence provided by hotels . The internal judging process will remain
confidential and their decision will be final.
Please note: It is imperative that this administration form and
hotel profile is returned as soon as possible.
Administration Fee
Once you have completed the administration form, we will send you an
invoice for the full amount. Payment should be made by bank transfer
in UK Sterling Pounds, or using the current currency conversion rate to
convert the amount to another currency.
Administration fee per hotel: £ 670.00 (each hotel may select
up to 3 categories.)
Administration fee per hotel group: £ 770.00
