In the heart of Rome, just a short walk from Piazza del Popolo, ROMEO Roma redefines the concept of hospitality as a new frontier of urban luxury, where art, architecture, design, gastronomy and wellbeing coexist in harmonious balance.

Housed within the 16th-century Palazzo Capponi, the project designed by Zaha Hadid Architects unfolds across 74 rooms and suites, weaving together fluid lines and precious materials – Carrara marble, ebony, basalt and brass – with the site’s historical heritage, revealed through archaeological remains visible beneath the glass-bottomed swimming pool and, in the suites, through restored 17th-century frescoes.

The internal courtyards, the 1000 sqm garden and the expansive glazed surfaces create a seamless visual continuity between the ancient and the contemporary, while an extraordinary art collection – featuring works by Igor Mitoraj, Christian Leperino, Mario Schifano and Roger Worms, among others – transforms the hotel into a living museum.

The gastronomic offering bears the signature of Alain Ducasse, with his “Cuisine de la Naturalité”, while LA SPA Sisley Paris introduces an immersive holistic experience through exceptional treatments and rituals.
