At only 700 meters, the rocky coast hosts the exclusive beach of the hotel where guests can soak up some sun without the crowds. Masseria san Domenico enjoys a strategic position, close to all cultural and historical cities not to be missed in Puglia. Perfectly restored arched passages and open courtyards alternate with warm and welcoming interiors in classical style, featuring star-shaped vaults and a tasteful decor that stands out for its refinement and traditional taste. Paying homage to its original use as an olive mill, the restaurant with star-vaulted arched ceilings and a large stone fireplace offers specialities from the traditional Apulian cuisine, based on a rich selection of local vegetables grown in San Domenico’s surrounding properties as well as home-made products which include the extra virgin olive oil.
The Spa is inspired by the principles of the Mediterranean lifestyle and aims to achieve a state of healthy, joyful and sustainable wellbeing. Every element is designed to reach the highest standards of wellness through the essential elements of thalassotherapy and completely natural ingredients such as olive oil.
