David Chipperfield Architects preserved the 1970s brutalist structure as a heritage while promoting sustainability and modernity. Nestled in the heart of Doha, it offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event spaces, and Ned’s Club—a private enclave with a rooftop terrace, health club, gym, spa, and a 30m pool, offering members many benefits including spa treatments, discounts on rooms and dining, and a calendar of diverse events.
