Villa María is a tribute to authenticity and tradition, evoking memories of a cherished past.
Located in San Bernardino, it is surrounded by historic architecture, lush vegetation, hills, and the Ypacaraí Lake. Its mission is to celebrate Paraguay’s cultural and natural heritage, embodied in María, the Paraguayan woman who preserves and passes down traditions blending European influences with Guaraní roots. Each house in Villa María represents a family and its story.
The Del Val house reflects the rural lifestyle of French immigrants in early 20th-century San Bernardino, while La Lilia showcases the colonial tropical style of mestizo families, inherited by their only daughter. Villa María plans to expand with more houses that honor Paraguay’s memory and identity, creating unique spaces filled with history and tradition for current and future generations to cherish.
